Marketing Analytics Services

Turn scattered marketing data into decisions you can trust

We extract data from every channel, pipe it into one reliable source of truth and build dashboards that show exactly what’s driving revenue — and what isn’t.

What we cover

End-to-end marketing analytics, from raw data to revenue

Most teams have plenty of data but very little clarity. We connect the pieces so every channel, campaign and customer touchpoint is measured the same way.

Marketing analytics & tracking

GA4 and Google Tag Manager set up properly: clean events, key conversions and consent-aware tracking you can rely on.

Data extraction

We pull data out of ad platforms, CRMs, email tools and spreadsheets automatically — no more manual CSV exports.

Marketing data pipelines

Automated pipelines that clean, join and load your data into a warehouse such as BigQuery on a reliable schedule.

Marketing Cloud data

We unlock Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot data — journeys, email engagement and contacts — and connect it to revenue.

Dashboards & reporting

Looker Studio and Power BI dashboards built around how your team makes decisions, from exec summaries to channel deep-dives.

Attribution & insights

Attribution, incrementality tests and plain-English insights that tell you where to put the next dollar.

How we measure results

Metrics that tie marketing to revenue

Gartner found that marketing analytics influences only 53% of marketing decisions, often because data is inconsistent across sources or hard to access. We agree a small set of KPIs up front and measure every one of them the same way, every month.

Business outcomes

Revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), LTV:CAC and marketing efficiency ratio (MER) — the numbers leadership actually cares about.

Channel performance

ROAS, cost per lead, cost per acquisition and conversion rate by channel and campaign, compared on the same attribution rules.

Funnel & engagement

Lead-to-customer rates, pipeline velocity, email engagement and on-site behaviour, so you can see where prospects drop off.

Data health

Tracking coverage, GA4-to-CRM reconciliation and pipeline freshness, so you know the numbers are right before you act on them.

Our measurement framework

How we prove what’s working

01

Baseline

We audit your tracking and record today’s numbers, so every improvement is measured against a real starting point.

02

Attribute

GA4 data-driven attribution and CRM data show which channels and touchpoints contribute to each conversion.

03

Test

Holdout and incrementality tests — and marketing mix modelling for larger budgets — separate real lift from noise.

04

Report

A monthly scorecard against agreed targets, with clear recommendations on where to shift budget next.

Tools we use

Built on platforms you already trust

We’re tool-agnostic, but these are the platforms we work in every day. Everything is set up in accounts you own.

Tracking & collection

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for accurate, consent-aware event and conversion tracking.

Extraction & pipelines

Supermetrics and Fivetran connectors that load ad, CRM and email data into Google BigQuery automatically.

CRM & marketing cloud

FAQs

Marketing analytics questions, answered

Marketing analytics is the process of collecting, connecting and analysing data from your marketing channels to understand what drives leads, sales and revenue. It covers tracking, data pipelines, reporting and attribution, so budget decisions are based on evidence rather than guesswork.

Not always. Smaller businesses can often start with GA4 and Supermetrics feeding Looker Studio directly. Once you have several channels, a CRM and more history than the platforms keep, a warehouse such as BigQuery makes reporting faster, more reliable and easier to join together. We recommend the simplest setup that meets your needs.

Yes. We extract email engagement and journey data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, join it with ad, web and CRM data, and report on how email and journeys contribute to pipeline and revenue.

A tracking audit and fixes typically take two to four weeks. A full pipeline and dashboard build usually takes six to ten weeks, depending on how many data sources are involved. You’ll see early dashboards well before the full build is complete.

You do. We build everything in accounts you own — GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio or Power BI — and document it, so you keep full access even if you stop working with us.
